1. Download latest version of VPNC from here
2. Find the tun.ko file for you kernel version (this is for the version 2.6.32.21-gd2764ed) Link and copy it on the sdcard.
3. Download vpn-script from here and copy it on the sdcard
4. Go to the market and download VPNC Widget
5. Open the terminal and type:
insmod /mnt/sdcard/tun.ko
(If you get any error means that the file is not for your kernel version)
6. Open VPNC and create new vpn connection.
7. Open VPNC Widget and set the preferences as needed.
8. Open the terminal and type:
cp vpnc-script /data/data/com.gmail.mjm4456.vpncwidget/files/
9. Tap on the screen, go to the Widgets and add VPNC Widget.

Hi, your ftp link to the vpnc-script is broken. I get "550 Failed to change directory" I'd love to get a copy on that script!
